The smart keys let you lock/unlock the door without the use of a remote control. It automatically unlocks the door with the help of radio pulse generator in the key and these pulses are detected by the sensor in the car door. So if you move with the smart key in your hand or your pocket near the door, the door gets unlocked, and if you walk away the door gets locked automatically.
If you are using old stamped keys and if you forget to lock your car, it could be stolen. But with smart keys, it doesn’t matter so. But you need to make sure that you have smart key with you.
Smart keys are equally known as keyless entry systems or keyless go systems because you don’t have to use the keys to access your car. Why these keyless go systems are becoming popular? Here are some reasons.
